    Before your order is shipped, each bundle is carefully washed by hand to ensure it arrives clean, fresh, and ready to use. This process removes any residue or odors, allowing you to receive high quality hair in its best condition.

    By washing the hair before dispatch, your bundles are ready to wear upon arrival, saving you time and allowing you to install your hair immediately if desired.

    Can I dye the hair?

    Yes. Our hair is made from 100% human hair and can be dyed or toned. To preserve the quality, softness and curl pattern, we highly recommend having the hair colored by a professional.
    Do you offer pick-up?

    At this time, we do not offer order pick-up. All orders are shipped directly to your preferred delivery address.
    Can I straighten the hair?

    Yes. Since our hair is 100% human hair, it can be straightened or curled just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to maintain longeity of the curls.
    Do you sell straight hair?

    No. We currently specialize in premium curly half wigs and bundles only. At this time, we do not offer full wigs, closures or frontals.
    How long does shipping take?

    Our processing time is 7-21 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking numer via e-mail.

    Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    • Netherlands: 5-7 business days

    • Europe: 7-10 business days

    • Worldwide: 5-18 business days

    Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance.
    Do I need to pay taxes or customs fees?

    International orders may be subjectet to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, depending on your county's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
    How long does (international) shipping take?

    Orders are delivered within 10-14 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 12-15 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and customs clearance may result in additional delays.
    Why doesn't the hair look exactly like the pictures when I receive it?

    Our hair is shipped in its natural, unstyled state. To achieve the same look as shown on our socials, the hair should be washed, moisturized, and styled. Just like natural hair, it requires proper care and styling to bring out its full beauty and definition.
    My tracking says "not received by carrier". What does this mean?

    This means that your shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet scanned your package into their system. Tracking updates will become available as soon as the package has been collected and on its way to you.
