Return & Refund Policy

At The Curly Crown, we take pride in providing premium-quality 100% human hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

As each order is prepared specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, colored, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.

Returns will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • An item is missing from your order.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • You received an incorrect or defective item and a replacement is unavailable.
  • Your claim has been reviewed and approved by The Curly Crown.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by The Curly Crown.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Curly Crown is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Curly Crown is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
