At The Curly Crown, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods, promotional events, or holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via e-mail, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the carier. Please do not contact us for shipping updates.

Estimated delivery times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • The Netherlands: 5–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • Worldwide: 5–18 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.

International shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance procedures may also result in delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If your tracking status displays “not received by carrier,” this means your shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet scanned your package. Tracking updates will appear once the package has been collected.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Curly Crown is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

The Curly Crown is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Shipping delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
